30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely happy with your order, we'll take it back — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Item must be in the same condition as received

Exchanges Made Easy

Want a different size or color? We've got you covered.

  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Subject to stock availability
  • If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll issue a full store credit or refund

Refunds

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item
  • Refunded to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense (unless item is defective)

Damaged or Wrong Item?

We inspect every order before dispatch — but if something slips through:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email photos to support@amazeleather.com
  • We'll send a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping needed

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom / bespoke made-to-order pieces
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items showing wear, damage, or alteration

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. Briefly describe the issue or reason
  3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
  4. Ship the item back securely to our provided address
  5. Refund or exchange processed upon receipt ✅
