30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely happy with your order, we'll take it back — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Item must be in the same condition as received
Exchanges Made Easy
Want a different size or color? We've got you covered.
- Exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Subject to stock availability
- If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll issue a full store credit or refund
Refunds
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item
- Refunded to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense (unless item is defective)
Damaged or Wrong Item?
We inspect every order before dispatch — but if something slips through:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email photos to support@amazeleather.com
- We'll send a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping needed

- Final sale or clearance items
- Items showing wear, damage, or alteration
