Free Shipping Worldwide
- At Amaze Leather, we offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, or countries restricted under international sanctions.

Estimated Delivery:
- After dispatch, most international orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Partners
- Amaze Leather ships using trusted international courier services including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other reliable express carriers.
- We reserve the right to choose the most suitable courier based on your destination.
- PO Box / APO / FPO Addresses: We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
Customs Duties & Taxes
- Most orders are delivered without additional charges; however, customs regulations vary by country.
- If customs duties or import taxes are charged, customers may be required to pay them before receiving the parcel.
- If Amaze Leather agrees to reimburse applicable customs charges, customers must first pay the amount and provide the official receipt. Approved reimbursements are processed within 5–7 business days via PayPal or the original payment method where applicable.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact Amaze Leather Customer Support and the shipping carrier within 5 business days of the delivery date.
- Once the carrier completes its investigation, we will provide either a replacement product or store credit for confirmed lost or transit-damaged items.
- Lost shipments confirmed by the courier are not eligible for cash refunds.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Tracking Orders: Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking and coordinating with the courier if delivery attempts are missed.
- Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery, the parcel may be abandoned or destroyed by the courier. In such cases, Amaze Leather cannot issue refunds or replacements.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Once dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information may not be recoverable.
Order Updates
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully received, Amaze Leather will send an order confirmation email.
- Combined Shipments: Multiple orders going to the same shipping address may be combined to improve delivery efficiency.
- Order Delays: During peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
